Cancellation and Refund

At Lahari Traders, we value transparency and aim to maintain a clear understanding with our customers regarding order cancellations and refunds. Please review our policy below:


1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Processing/Dispatch:
    Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first. Cancellations must be sent via email to [your email].

  • After Dispatch:
    Once the goods are dispatched or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. The buyer is liable to accept delivery and make payment as agreed.

  • Custom Orders / Bulk Orders:
    Orders involving custom specifications or bulk quantities are non-cancellable once production or procurement has begun.


2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

    • Defective or damaged products reported within 3 days of delivery.

    • Wrong product delivered (not matching invoice).

    • Non-availability of stock post-payment (if applicable).

  • Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Change of mind after order confirmation.

    • Delay in delivery due to logistics, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

    • Products used, opened, or damaged by the customer.

  • Refund Process:

    • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product return and inspection.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank account provided.

  • Shipping Charges:
    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


3. Return Procedure

  • Share order details, photos of the issue (if applicable), and reason for return.

  • Returns must be sent in original packaging with all documentation included.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.
