Before Processing/Dispatch:

After Dispatch:
Once the goods are dispatched or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. The buyer is liable to accept delivery and make payment as agreed. -
Custom Orders / Bulk Orders:
Orders involving custom specifications or bulk quantities are non-cancellable once production or procurement has begun.
